Booking information
Prices are for up to 4 people. During winter/& shoulder months we offer a discount for 1 or 2 person occupancy please see below.
During winter months (November to March) the maximum occupancy is 4.
During the rest of the year there is a supplement of €25 per extra person per night over 4 up to maximum of 6. Please contact us for a quote if you are more than 4 person occupancy.
There is a 3 night minimum stay all year, except high season with a 5 night minimum (June/July/August/September/October).
We can be flexible on minimum stays during infill dates, please contact us.
A 50% deposit is payable on booking to secure your dates.
There is a low-season Nov - Mar special price for 1 to 2 person occupancy of €97 per night (excl xmas & new year).

Good to know
Prices include all bed linen and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
The cottage is not suitable for large groups of singles.
No smoking. No pets allowed.
We can provide a travel cot/high chair on request.
Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 11am.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation 25% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
This applies to all bookings cancelled before/up to 4 weeks of arrival date.
50% is non-refundable if cancelled inside 4 weeks of arrival date.
0% refundable if booking is cancelled within one week of arrival.
In unusual or extreme circumstances, the refund is at the management discretion.
