Drawn by the lure of this wonderful place at the far tip of south west Europe, I moved from Cornwall to Sagres in 2007. Being an experienced traveller I have visited almost every continent in the world, and Sagres stole my heart.

Initially with my family throwing ourselves into hard work the first project was the Cottage. We spent two years renovating and carefully restoring the cottage from more or less a ruin into the beautiful, gorgeous place it is today.
Next came the transformation of a small studio into what is now the Apartment.
We did most of the work ourselves, it was a hands-on labour of love project with the help of local & international tradesmen.

Now, aside from running the business full-time, I surf, skate, walk, do archery & immerse myself daily in the beauty and wild peacefulness of this amazing unspoilt peninsular.
